Reasonably priced clean private studio gym with attentive personal trainers that are knowledgeable and friendly. I’m recovering from an injury and was intimidated by the idea of going it alone in a corporate gym. I am one month in and already seeing clear results. Money and time well spent. Highly recommend.

I'm only what, 2 months in with this new little gym. It is a far cry from the massive, corporate LifeTime Fitness South that I had spent the last 18 month at. I was really looking for more personal, nutrition and data driven results. It's great that your trainer is telling you that you look great and strong, but what do the numbers say?
