My first visit. Sarah was very helpful. I'm all low-carb high-fat (keto) so this is gold. A friend Elaine Smith informed me of this. I picked up a few things and plan to use on-line order , delivery and drop in too. What fun.
First, it helps that it's just around the corner from work. Grab and go or order for the upcoming week may work well for me if we're not meal prepping ahead of time. Thanks to Gwyn for walking me through the shop! Shrimp Scampi for my first meal. Yum.
I am so very excited to have found Evolve Paleo Pantry! I dislike cooking and trying to maintain a Paleo diet without cooking is a challenge. I have always been a grab and go kind of eater. Now that I have found Evolve I can have my food already prepared and know that it is healthy and without all of the additives of the pre-packaged food you get in the grocery store. Plus, everything I have tried so far is delicious! Really really wonderful! Thank you Evolve Paleo Pantry for simplifying my life!!!
