I have owned the cottage in the Falcon Crest subdivision for more than 8 years, for the first 6 of these 8 years I dealt with 3 different real estate management companies. Each of them were plagued with different levels and types of incompetence. One of them simply ceded to exist. My rental unit is not easy to manage. It is the most expensive type of unit within the subdivision so it is difficult to obtain a proportionally high rent. I have been renting a house from Evolve for five, and a half years. The staff has been the friendliest that I have ever interacted with. Anytime I have an issue they are prompt in having it handled. I have rented from other companies, and my experience was terrible in every situation. I highly recommend utilizing Evolve if you're looking to rent.
As a resident of this neighborhood, I do not believe that Evolve Nevada is doing a very good job of managing this property. This property has done nothing but decline and become a neighborhood eyesore since Evolve Nevada has been involved.
