Had such a good first time experience with Jess! She was so lovely and made me feel super comfortable getting my brows done. Did such a great job and I definitely will be back soon!
Poor customer service ! Had been looking forward to a treatment I booked in as a special treat to myself as I had the one day off all week. The receptionist calls me 25 minutes before my booked in time to inform me that they couldn’t perform the treatment today without a patch test . Why would that not be told to me when booking? She was extremely rude when I explained I had just had the same treatment 5 weeks prior on the same spot. Still refused to honour my booking. What a waste of time .
I had a Hydro-Dermabrasion facial with Larisa, my skin looks and feels great! It’s so smooth, it’s lightened up and all the dead dry skin has gone. Larisa was lovely too, very professional and knowledgeable. I am fussy with where I go and my overall opinions on beauty places, but I’d highly recommend Evolve. I’ll be back to see Larisa!
