When you're feeling extremely unwell...which includes the ability to think clearly, funnily enough, the last thing that you need is a condescending receptionist. Thank you lady,for your truly ridiculously unhelpful advice sounding like it was coming from a school principal to a naughty student not an ill member of the community looking for help. Surely that is not part of your job description. As if I wasn't feeling bad enough at the moment, your stupid comments have not made me feel better. Thank you.
