Rejected an emergency appointment for me today when doctor was more than a hour late in a business meeting. I'm a business owner and do not have hours to waste waiting. I rang up just before my appointment yesterday and asked if he was running on time or I have a bit of time before I come down. They told me I'm first on his patient list after his lunch break so come down.
