It was very easy to book an appointment. The person providing the service and the receptionist were both attentive. I had dermaplaning which involved cleansing the skin prior to the procedure and ended with serums and SPF. Everything was explained as the procedure took place; the environment was conducive to relaxation. All in all, a good experience.
