The staff at Evolve gave me my life back. After I was falsely diagnosed with Fybromyalga and years of pain meds not working I had basically given up. My husband's coworker suggested I try and see if Kate could help me. After a 30 minute appointment with her my life quickly changed and thing started looking up. I didn't have Fybromyalga!! I had a birth defect in my hip, along with a torn labrum, and osteoarthritis which had thrown everything out of place from my foot to my neck. Absolutely horrible service they want to charge a $75 fee for having to reschedule an appointment when they didn’t answer their phone and I left a message to call me back. When I do call and speak to someone they are not worried about collecting a fee than helping me reschedule my appointment. Why can’t we take care of ourselves without being greedy in America?
