I love this gym!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and it's just such a friendly space to be in. I recently did my first ever HIIT Class relay. It was intense. What I really appreciated most was while I was working at each station the Lead trainer would adjust my position/ form making sure I was targeting the correct muscle group and doing the exercise correctly. I was so excited for the grand opening of Evolve, and the gym exceeded all my expectations!!! Jurdaine, Sam and the rest of the team went above and beyond creating a clean, safe and fun environment for all to thrive in. I cannot wait to continue attending all the classes available!! 5/5!!!
Jurdaine and Sam have created an incredible space that has allowed me to bounce back from injury, get educated and feel empowered to sustain a great health and wellness routine. This isn’t just a gym or studio, it’s a place to feel like I’m part of a wider family and community. Excited to see Evolve continues to Evolve and provide opportunity to it’s members!
This gym is amazing, so clean and the owners are fantastic. I am at the beginning of my health and weight loss journey and feeling a little overwhelmed by the process. BUT... the moment I stepped in those doors and spoke to the owners and instructors I felt safe and understood and that overwhelmed feeling went away. This will be a challenge but I know the instructors at Evolve will help me through it. Thanks so much for your guidance!
