Stay away from this gym. In a word, they are dishonest in their business practices. Everyone pays a different price. I paid $300 initiation fee, with the guarantee of $19.99 for life. Found out no one else paid that stupid fee, and they raised the price by the month anyway. Classes about 15 years behind current fitness practices, and they are crowded. Parking is dismal, and soon to get worse as Cambridge is taking away street parking. Worst of all the people who work there are surly and unhelpful. Very bad customer service .... read more
When the majority of reviews for Evolve Fitness are fair or worse, there has to be something to them... Similar experience with others, horrible customer service, predatory bait and switch tactic to entice you to sign -- don't believe anything they tell you!, limited "popular" machines, taped up equipment, dirty facility - why would a company post out of focus and dimly lit photos unless they were hiding something.... read the reviews and stay away!!!
Your predatory practices are beyond anything I've ever seen. After repeated calls, mailings, visits, pleading and providing forms and proof that I was moving, you persist and charge my credit card month after month. You should be ashamed to exploit their customers this way.
Do there best to help you – That is what stuck in my head the most. Not only for me, but I have observed how helpful the staff is with their members.
Enrolled last week – Awesome program I started with the trainer. They got me into FAST training with a group, which was exactly the motivation I needed. Highly recommend!
I have been a member of Gyms for 20 years – From Golds to WOW... (And I'm not saying my age!) I recently moved to Arlington and joined Evolve Fitness about 2 months ago. Seriously, anybody who complains about this place would always find something to gripe about. This is one of the cleanest and most well kept places! I Highly recommend to anybody!
I highly recommend this gym – To anyone who is looking to have a more sculpted figure, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The trainers here do not promote fast fixes; instead, they work with you every step of the way, in order to ensure that you get the results that you desire.
The flexibility that I needed – One of the things that I must say that I love about Evolve Fitness is that their trainers have flexible schedules, which is a great convenience for busy persons like me. If the trainer you started out with was not available, you can always guarantee that there is another trainer to work with you that is equally qualified and motivated.
I am very excited – I no longer have to deal with the extra weight in my abdominal region, and now my clothes fit me a lot better. Additionally, I have more energy to take me through the entire day. All of these great changes in my appearance have a lot to do with me becoming a member at the Evolve Fitness gym.
