If you have and fitness goals in your life you need to get your butt in for a class!! What a amazing time I had and I’ve only been to one class so far!
The workout is different every time - which keeps me motivated and going back. Down to earth trainers who inspire you to do your best!!
I've been going to the small group classes since December 2017 and have really enjoyed them. I find them challenging, but they can be modified based on any fitness level. Do to the size of the classes, you get a lot of personal attention. My 13 year old son is also attending the youth class and it has been great!
Great training facility, knowledgeable trainers. Easy to fit into my schedule. Best in the area!! Highly recommended
The trainers are professional and motivating. Every workout is different, and keeps me coming back. Highly recommend.
Making great progress. Shawn and his team focus on my individual goals and does an excellent job adjusting my workouts as my stamina and strength grows. I've worked out with other trainers in the past and I have to say - Shawn is the best!
Shawn is totally results driven and he wants everyone to succeed. He keeps me motivated and we usually have fun (sometimes I'm so beat that I don't know which end is up �).
