Finally, a no BS gym where I'm getting results and seeing muscle for the first time ever. Started coming in July 2021, a year after ACL surgery. I always knew I needed to lift weights and had tried all the gyms - 24 hour, Crossfit, those gyms that promise you'll lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks, only to gain it all back and then some. Great place, I love the vibe and the comfortable atmosphere. I've been to a lot of different places but this is definitely my favorite. Everyone is super friendly and supportive.
After a previous experience at another local franchise gym that follows workouts provided from "corporate", Evolve has been a great change in my continuing fitness journey. Coach Bo puts together some great sets that kick butt and is famous for saying "when you are finished... there's more". Although the workouts are challenging, the vibe is great, and everyone feels welcome. My overall fitness has leveled up since joining to where I went out of my comfort zone to complete a Spartan spring obstacle race. No regrets!!
I absolutely love my workouts at Evolve Fitness!! Not only are the workouts killer, the community atmosphere is the best. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming no matter your fitness level and the fun activities to do outside of training are great. This gym really feels like family yet dont let the warm smiles fool you, the workouts are intense and are easily modified for all.
