Worst experience of my life. D. Smith was mandated as guardian at litem and solely in it for financial gains. Excessive overcharging. Smith came to the mediation , not to represent the children but to insure her bill was paid. She was also involved in and mandating a Family Bridges Program in which the owner of that program had a suspended psych license and numerous license infractions. Terrible excuse for a guardian who is suppose to be an advocate for children
Caring and dedicated doesn’t do the full justice of describing my experience with this practice. I had approached them during the worst year of my life, when I was very vulnerable and in need of legal assistance. While ultimately the schedules didn’t align, Laura and Sandra went out of their way to support me with a consultation, recommendations for other area firms, extensive follow up and just above and beyond support.
