I joined Evolve in November 2023 and it has been a life changing experience. Since then, I have lost several pounds, gained energy but more importantly my self confidence has increased tremendously! The coaches are ALL amazing and the regardless of who is taking the class, there are always smiles that welcome you when you first arrive and cheer you on to finish the workout! I can't say enough about how Evolve has changed my life for the better! Thank you Martha and team for being so awesome!
Okay, Nicole? Absolutely horrible attitude. Nicole found it necessary to scream, insult and degrade my friend over something that didn't concern her or have anything to do with her. "I know everybody on this street" "You're a mess" and those were the nicest things she said to her. We weren't even in or associated with Evolve but if this is the representation they have, I have no desire to ever step foot in there.
Terrific gym for the serious lifter. Lots of rock music, chalk, and racks. Great atmosphere.
I was looking to incorporate heavy lifting into my workout routine. I missed feeling a bar and moving heavy weight. I was referred by a friend and trainer. I spoke to Martha who got me setup for a week trial. I was hooked immediately! Finding this place has been encouraging. The training staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They make mornings fun!
