The experience was absolutely horrible. The workers were late every day, and when they finally did start work, the workmanship was not that bad. The shingles were misaligned, the flashing wasn't sealed properly, and I noticed nails scattered all over my yard. After a minor rainstorm, the areas they "fixed" already had leaks. I had to hire another contractor to redo their mess, which cost me even more money. The communication was terrible - calls and texts went unanswered for days.
