Filed a claim through my insurance with them over a year ago and my roof still isn’t done. Over 50 other customers just ones I know have the same issue. They are being sued big time and criminally stay far away from these crooks

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Complete lack of communication and then eventually stopped taking calls all together. They took 6000 dollars of my clients insurance money then ignored her for months . My client is filing with the department of insurance and I encourage all to do the same if they have taken your money. Otherwise stay away from them… please

I work from home and was dreading the noise. The foreman asked what hours were worst for me. They scheduled the loudest work for the morning, then switched to quieter tasks in the afternoon. After two days, I barely noticed they were there. The price was the same on paper and in practice. That was the only thing I cared about.

I hate cold calls, so when the salesman showed up at my door, I almost shut it. But he was polite and offered a free inspection without pressure. I relented. They found a missing tile from a previous windstorm that I never noticed. They scheduled the repair for the next week, showed up on time, fixed it, and cleaned up. I don’t write reviews, but this one earned it.

A section of my roof had been repaired three times by a previous contractor. Evolve tore it off and found rotted decking underneath. They called me, showed me the damage on a tablet, and gave me the option to proceed. I said yes. They replaced the decking, re‑felted, and installed new shingles that match the rest. The foreman even swept the gutters after. I slept fine that night.
