Doubled their costing between the planning and starting to build phases and hadn't even started to break ground by the time they said they would be finished. Great passive-design plans, but still more expensive than anticipated.
Evolve does excellent work. They built our passive house, which we moved into three years ago. The whole experience was fantastic and we love our home. We found everyone at Evolve to be very accessible, easy to work with, professional, and reliable. We certainly felt that they shared our values and saw them as friends. I liked that they hired carpenters and other trades from our region and materials were supplied by local retailers. Their planning process is exemplary. The home was completed on time and on budget!
Evolve’s design team has been exceptional to work with. I am so grateful - Their help has been essential to enabling me to launch my dream of a self-built sustainable home with heart.
Evolve Builders built us a lovely little straw bale house. It's so solid and cozy in Perry Township. We will never have to shovel the roof of our house again! Ben and his builder team were great to work with. I've never seen such a happy group of people at their work.
UPDATE: JANUARY 06/26: +1 star. Our ridiculously over-engineered home is performing per specifications. I'm a self-proclaimed super-user. EBG provided us with a aesthetically-pleasing home that requires regular maintenance. It's been a heck of a learning experience. Will EBG-Inc. do PHASE TWO of our build? Stay tuned...
