EVOLVE demonstrated significant disorganization and lack of professionalism. Detailed medication information should have been requested before initiating treatment — especially for an intensive mental health therapy such as TMS. I was allowed to begin care, but after three sessions my treatment was paused until I provide additional information that will take time to obtain. We cannot be more thankful for Dr. Knightly and our son’s treatment with the One-D protocol for severe, treatment resistant depression. Our son had tried so many medications for years with terrible side effects, and also tried the accelerated TMS following the SAINT protocol at a clinic in Utah.
