Monthly treatments with Rachael are part of my self-care— highly recommend

Rachel M is naturally intuitive and this is quite a skill. She shows that she has a lot of experience and knows what the body on the table is telling her it needs. However, she asks what you want and need and listens to what you ask for and does it. She checks in and allows you YOUR time for relaxation and restoration. PLEASE try her out! Not your "typical" run of the mill oily massage unless you ask for it!
