Amazing location and that's where it ends. Amenities like the gym and pool are terrible and constantly in repair. Employees and staff are the worst. They do not care about the people living there. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had where I ended up having to stay at hotel for a week due to evolve incompetence. Highly advise to keep this as an absolute last resort.
Let me start off by saying I have paid for college housing for several of my college age children and this is my last child in college and one of my most frustrating rental housing experiences. This is my daughter’s third and final year living at Evolve Bloomington. The first reason for one star is because of poor customer service and excessive and bogus charges.
