Nichelle is AMAZING!!! I’ve been coming here since she opened! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICES and PRICES !! I HIGHLY recommend her. I have yet to find any other place where prices are so affordable with the quality and outstanding customer service!! With or without a Groupon her prices are the BEST!!! THANK YOU NICHELLE FOR KEEPING ME LOOKING YOUNG & BEAUTIFUL 🤩 WITHOUT BREAKING THE BANK!!!
Unfortunately I need to re visit my review. Nichelle is a great esthetician how ever after two years of being an “established client” she advised after becoming a client you are no longer allowed to buy and use a Groupon again. Her Groupon details state you can buy one every year. Great esthetician but her customer service not so great. Would definitely keep your records and receipts. Would also recommend checking Yelp reviews under her previous business name of Skinfit and Wellness. Apparently a lot of bad experiences.
If you want to make this right, I got a message from Groupon on how you can do. this. They said they need a written confirmation email to me stating that I have not received any services and that I am eligible for a refund for this specific order number 1614844652 and they said to make sure it includes your address, date, time of the message and then I can forward it to them.
