It was the worst experience! Very disappointing experience. The aesthetician was 25 minutes late and never bothered to send a courtesy text or call. When she finally open her door, her attitude was rude and unprofessional. A simple apology and communication would have gone a long way. My time is valuable too, and I did not feel respected as a client. My bigger suggestion, "Do not waste your money;" go to other place where you are going to be respected.

Absolutely awful service. The women who was working left me waiting outside for 30+ minutes. My appointment started at 11 and I got there around 10:52. She didn’t open the door until 11:29 because she was with another client. I let her know that the appointment was supposed to be 30 minutes ago and she wasn’t apologetic or anything. She tells me to take my shoes off and where to lay down. Before I could she asked me which facial I wanted. This provider is rude and uses deceitful business practices. She did not provide me with a contract and then told me I broke the contract when SHE was late and charged me the late fee without my authorization. I would warn you to stay away from this establishment. It’s not worth it.
