Went to go get a consultation and they charged me $300 and they hadn’t even touched my hair yet. I would not recommend coming here they are rude and they don’t work with you
I witnessed a really unacceptable business practice with this company. A client I know was charged the full amount for a consultation they didn’t even confirm, and they were penalized for canceling early. Just a heads-up to anyone considering them—don’t give them your card info. It seems like their model is to sign people up, schedule appointments without clear confirmation, and then charge the max fee if you can’t make it.
