Group classes are varied and engaging, providing excellent motivation. Convenient hours and a welcoming atmosphere make it easy to stay consistent with workouts. I've been coming here for 6 months and love it! I'd tried strength training off and on in the past but had never stuck with it because I'd get overwhelmed and intimidated. I love coming here though. The trainers are super patient (even when it's late and we've asked them to repeat themselves 13 times), the owners are caring, and the community is great 😊
Evolve is a fantastic gym, I can’t rate it highly enough. This place is especially great if you’re new to strength training. I came in with 0 lifting experience 3 years ago, and I’ve learned so much-not just about form and lifting, but how to look at nutrition and not be overwhelmed by food. It’s a very safe, non-intimidating environment. All of the coaches are 10/10 and very supportive. Best fitness decision I’ve ever made. Check it out!
Great place for group training. I have been a member since Kevin and Christine took over the old gym. The classes are great and i really feel like I’m improving with every class. Staff and members are super supportive and a great community. Highly recommend.
This gym is amazing! From the owners to the staff everyone made me feel wanted and welcome from the very start. The coaches make sure you feel comfortable with every exercise during class and the energy in the gym is always positive
