I took the Wednesday metcon class with Madison and she was amazing!! She was very encouraging and knew the whole class by name. I’m usually a solo workout person and normally don’t enjoy workout classes but this was definitely the exception since it was well-paced, vibes were amazing, and movement was super fun

Joey and Alice are very helpful and made my recovery easier and fun. There was a bunch of helpful and luxurious equipment that made the experience awesome. Great way to recover from a football player
