Poor Communication I applied for an apartment here and have continued to get the run around on rather or not I was approved. I was told I would get a call back in 15min, 4 days ago and have yet to get that call back. When I call back no one answers the phone. The communication with the front office is not good and I haven't even moved in the apartment yet and that's the service they provide. This place is a nightmare. My apartment was not clean when I moved in. The washer and dryer had animal hair and a melted hairy foreign object that couldn’t be identified in it and there was hair all over the laundry closet. I was told by management that the washer and dry worked so it couldn’t be switched out despite the animal hair and other object that was stuck in it. Paint drops on the floor and threw out the apartment and I had to pay out of my on pocket to have the carpets cleaned. When I brought it up to management I ... read more
Pet violations The office staff does not do anything about the pet violations. In one apartment, a man has four dogs plus 2 cats. His dogs bark all of the time as you pass by his apartment. The cat hangs out in the balcony as his dogs bark at everyone getting in and out of their cars. Hard to miss the balcony filled with animals. Not sure why this man is allowed to have that many animals in an apartment complex. Moving out... Keep on driving passed this complex don't rent here. amazing This place by far has the best service. I met the entire staff before I even moved in!! They are on top of it!! Our apartment was clean smelt good and even had a gift in it when we got there. Liz left us a personalized note and that means a lot when you are moving from another state. Thank you evolv
great place all the places in mansfield have the same thing, pool, granite, gym blah blah. However the ladies at evolv set them apart by leaps and bounds!!! The service i have gotten is nothing short of amazing!! The smiling faces when you walk in to the guy picking up dog poop (yes they have someone who does that bc the people that own the dogs dont) they are all so friendly and kind!! Would def recommend

RecommendedMy husband and I lived here with our 4 kids for just over a year and really enjoyed our time here. The ladies in the office were always friendly and helpful and the maintenance men were prompt and polite. They’d usually have all the requests done within 24 hours. The pool was always cleaned and usable, remodeled gym, nice walkable community, and a small playground. Great location that’s close to everything but not right in the middle of all the traffic. Poor management I have lived in these apts for nearly 3 years and fortunately am moving in a month. I was very busy on Saturday the 1st but I drive by the leasing office and There is a sign on their building saying they are open on Sunday from 1-5 so I thought I would swing by on Sunday. They were not open, also closed on Labor Day. I come in the next day on the 4th and they want to charge 75.00 late fee even though they clearly have a sign saying they were open.
