I travel extensively for my work, and on my time off I visit local yoga studios to practice. Evolution Yoga is a fantastic find! I have been to five different classes with five different instructors- each of them has been excellent! A great balance of challenging and relaxing, with clear concise instruction and plenty of hands on adjustments. I recommend this studio 120 percent!
