I’ve had two of my vehicles (a suv and a truck) serviced here and each time has been a disappointment by the same mechanic. Maybe disappointment is an understatement. I explicitly voiced to him what my issue was with the vehicle and I asked each time over text, phone, and in person, if he could let me know what needs to be done on the vehicles so I can see if I wanted to go through with the service.
