Really long wait times for in person appointments. We waited for almost 2 hours to speak to the doctor for less than 5 mins. Even for phone call appointments, the doctor did not call us and it was up to me to follow up on the absence. It is quite disrespectful of our time, as we have to take time off work to be available for these appointments. The doctor seems decent once you see them, but the operations needs some serious improvements.
I will never be able to thank Dr.Maryam Kotait enough for what she did for my sister and our family. From the moment she saw my sister arrive by ambulance, she knew something was terribly wrong. She didn’t hesitate. She immediately took charge, accepted the responsibility, and did everything she could to save her. Dr. Rubabaza is an amazing OB/GYN. He makes you feel very comfortable and takes the time to discuss your concerns without ever making you feel rushed. His staff are also very friendly, professional, and polite. This was my first experience with his practice, and I was extremely pleased with the care I received. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable OB/GYN.
