Every appointment I’ve been to be was late, left waiting in the room for over an hour after appointment time, comes in almost an hour late then doesn’t see patients based on their time of appointment. Then the appointment is quick and rushed. Will be looking for another provider and not recommending this facility.

This is my second experience with Dr Rubabaza and still definitely recommend! His staff are all so friendly and supportive. Dr Rubabaza is so kind and makes you feel heard. Shoutout to Janet for everything she did for my baby and I! If you have an appointment you can expect longer wait times if it isn't first thing in the morning, but I think it's becaude every staff member takes their time with your needs and Dr Rubabaza tries to see a lot of mamas with the little time he's in the office.
Dr Rubabaza’s office - Average wait time per appointment is 90 mins to 120 mins. Average appointment duration is 5-7 mins. Was not able to offer us the personalized care we required during our pregnancy. Missed key scans, milestones and the requisite monitoring that was critical. Lacked the expertise needed to manage our pregnancy & birth process. Does not have the courtesy to check how a patient is doing after delivery. Delayed our C section/delivery when early intervention was needed. Careless and unprofessional.
I do not understand why they continue to book appointments at 15 min intervals when the average wait time is AT LEAST 1.5 hours, if not more even if you come in early! Once in a while, situations can happen.. but this is every single time. I can't plan my days every time I have an appointment because I never know if I'll be done in 2 hours or 3 hours. It makes me dread coming in.
