I paid for an alignment back in December and was told I get a year warranty. I came in today for an alignment and they wouldn’t honor it. They said it’s been too long and that they didn’t say that. When I first got the alignment I told them to put something in writing when I first got it done. They told me to just keep the receipt and show them. Horrible customer service. They installed a tire on my vehicle that had little to no tread left. When I returned just three days later because of the issue, they claimed they had never changed my tire—even though I showed them the transaction proving they did. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they denied ever servicing my vehicle. I would not recommend this business due to their poor workmanship and lack of accountability. :)
