I am able to run again! After five years of dealing with nerve issues I am now getting my body back! I cannot day enough about this awesome staff. Their practice is very unique in that they use Faisal techniques. This has been the only physical therapy place that has ever gave me these kind of results. I have only been going since June and am seeing great results. I cannot wait to see what will happen in a couple more!

With all things that have changed in the past weeks, I have kept one thing going as a normal routine - training with Chris. I was skeptical to try the virtual workout but figured I’d give it a try. So glad I did because I found that it was just as good of a workout as in person training with Chris and it still keeps me accountable to do my thing and feel good about myself! Thanks Chris!
