I can't say enough good things about Dan and Evolution Realty. As a first time home buyer, there were constant questions and Dan was the perfect resource to help me through the entire process. He's hard working, funny, genuine, and honest. On top of it all, he helped me find the perfect home on Sargent Ave in St. Paul. I can't recommend Dan enough to anyone out there looking for guidance with real estate needs.
