Had two sessions at this facility. Booked a third and was given a date and time, when I showed up for my appointment I was told I was an hour late. When I tried reassuring the receptionist that I knew what I agreed to initially as this appointment was an hour before I got off work and I would not book so early It was brushed off as my mistake. Warm and welcoming environment. The admin staff is great, the coffee is tasty, my therapist is nice, and Janet who helped get my coverage sorted was really helpful. Looking forward to continuing sessions here!

Very aggressive with payment collection. One session, which was booked 6 months in advance, with no sessions in between, was missed, and 5 EMAILS DEMANDING PAYMENT in less than 3 weeks. We were out of the country for two weeks with a family medical emergency, and return to a barrage of demands for $168… we happily paid for each previous session with no issues… but this is ridiculous. Kiersten Todd recently transferred here from the prior clinic I was seeing her at. She brings her beautiful dog who brings joy to the sessions as well. She’s an incredible therapist and I have followed her from the previous clinic. Highly recommend. She also specializes in EMDR.
