Alisa is my trainer. I started working with her one year ago. At that point I was only doing Pilates, so Alisa was my first experience with strength training. At the time I had lower back and hip weakness and no muscle definition anywhere. I now have muscular arms, a much better tush and a stronger back. I feel like she has given me a new body to embrace the second half of my life. She is firm but lovely. She always checks in on how my body is doing and makes adjustments if needed. I had a traumatic fall and destroyed my shoulder. After surgery I received three solid recommendations for Evolution Physical Therapy & Fitness. I’m so thankful because I have a PT, Mars Jimenez, who I completely trust to mobilize my tender shoulder joint. Mars has excellent listening skills and feels the most subtle responses as we mobilize my joint and challenge my supporting muscles. Mars is a true patient advocate.
