My experience was nothing less than excellent..Jinyi Li, my therapist, was attentive and challenging in the most supportive way.
A great place. Welcoming, friendly, but most of all excellent physical therapists who care about their clients. Everyone who steps in that place emerges a better version of themselves. What more could you ask for?
Jess is a terrific physical therapist. She is talented, caring, focused, and has a sense of humor. I am glad that she is taking care of me.
I went to Evolution for physical therapy on and off for several months. There were numerous billing issues and wrong charges for sessions that I did not even have(billing the insurance for my co-pay). It took weeks for them to look into it. They would tell me it’s taken care of- and then send me a text with a delinquency notice! Again yesterday, I noticed that there were two sessions charged after I stopped going there and they have continued to charge the wellness fee three months after my last session!
