I have loved the adult yoga classes I've taken at Evolution over the past several years now. I've met many brilliant and talented teachers, as well as good friends and people who inspire me. Evolution is very welcoming - I highly recommend it!

Infant yoga and massage was so great. I loved the songs, the way massage helped my baby's digestion and being in a class with parents who also had young babies. I highly recommend taking this class!
