Not impressed. Arrived early for my child’s booked appointment to make sure all the paper work was filled in correctly. Then had to wait 50 mins post booked appointment time to be seen for a less than 10 min consult. The waiting room was full. I understand businesses get busy but 50 min wait after the booked appointment time is unacceptable especially when I get messages to remind me to show up for appointment at said time or I will be charged $100 fee.
