Great service even better instruments
I ordered sheet music in early April, followed up via e-mail when I didn't get it delivered, was told in mid-June I would either receive the item or get a refund, and now in August the company has still failed to deliver on either a refund or the product. The people I have spoken with on the phone have been bumbling, excuse-making hacks who have not resolved the issue.
Winona SAVED THE DAY for our 12-year old, who came home from music camp today with a broken bass. They diagnosed, fixed, and called us for pickup within 2 hours for a broken knob. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Love this place, will definitely come back.
