DO NOT RENT!! UNIT 206 560 6 Avenue SE. Worst landlord experience ever. Lived there for over a year and left the place clean, even hired professional cleaners and carpet cleaning. She still took $800 from my deposit because she decided to replace the carpet with a brand new one and made me pay for it. Completely unfair and unprofessional. avoid renting here.
This building is very noisy, and the overall environment isn’t great. The noise between floors is especially bad. I wouldn’t recommend living here at all—you can hear even the smallest sounds from the neighbors next door, upstairs, and across the hall.
