You will never get a call back or reach anyone by phone or email. They SEVERELY mis-billed me for lab work and I have logged tens of calls, voicemails, and emails to them over the last year attempting to get this resolved. They are impossible to get ahold of and I'm now on the hook for over twice the cost of the lab panel they ordered ($$$) and about to be sent to collections. On the surface they seemed nice enough. Unfortunately it takes weeks for them to answer phone calls and get back with you - sometimes overlapping with medication refills. Going without medications you need is unsafe and unfortunately the customer service level is so low you either have to do without or hope your pharmacy can get your some short term stuff so that they can just call you back whenever they want.
Susan is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend.
