Lost time (but found cheaper at another dealer). Scott is a totally irresponsible salesman who does not keep his word and does not even follow formal standards of decency. I tried to buy an audio gear for 12k (!), we discussed everything over the phone, confirmed the price and agreed that he would call me back when it was ready to ship. If you are in the market for a high end Audio, Evolution Home Theater in the heart of Buckhead is a must visit. I just ordered my McIntosh Audio system from Jules and Scott. They were an absolute delight to work with. Very transparent, not pushy at all and very patient to show all options. Jules helped me put together a system that was spot on to my needs and budget. Kudos to Jules and Scott. Their passion for high end audio as well as top notch customer experience is outstanding.
I live in Matthews NC and a was interested in the Sonore Signature SE unit with the accompaning opticical power supply. The closest dealer to Charlotte was Evolution Home Theater in Atlanta, GA wihch would have been a 4 hour drive. I called the store to check on availabilty, and to my good fortune Scott Carpenter answered the phone.
