Shelli has a very clean gym. She also has a ton of well maintained equipment! Great parking and very clean restrooms!
I’ve been training at Evolution for a couple months now and love the facility! Lots of versatile machines, clean, easily laid out, and nice changing room. I’ve been training there with Rubin from Sparrofit and am more than satisfied with the workouts and results! The owner Shelli is friendly, accommodating and very reasonable, even selling healthy beverages and protein supplements. 10/10
I have to disagree with Lanette Poe. My trainer brought me to Evolution Fitness for the better equipment than we had before. The trainers are very knowledgeable and have a great relationship with reputable physicians, chiropractors and physical therapists. They love what they do and only want the best for you physically and psychologically. I would recommend these trainers to everyone in Cincinnati. I am a current trainer here, just started my own training business to get out of the traditional “box gyms” I have to say this place exceeds my expectations for myself and my clients. Always clean and well kept. All the other trainers are super respectful. Shelli (the owner) has been great with mentoring me and giving me pointers on how to grow my business and is always nice and interested in how I’m doing every day, as she always asks with a smile! So happy I found this place!!
