Avoid at all costs. We’ve had many more issues and breakdowns since they’ve assumed service responsibility for our elevator. We’ve had poor experience with the owner. They also trap you into a 3-year auto-renewal contract that you can’t get out of!

Our building elevator has been out for almost a month. No repair progress update despites repeated calls to this firm. No repair activities observed. Excuse is always "we will check with the PM" with an empty promise for a call back. We were promised our elevator problems would be resolved since we signed up for maintenance service. That never happen. This firm is only good at collecting subscription fees when our elevator is moving, at least in my case. Highly recommended AGAINST engaging this firm.

Evolution Elevators staff is professional, knowledgeable, provides excellent customer/client services, technicians are skilled and open communication from various departments to Evolutions management team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I'm on a condo Board in Hoboken. We hired them about a year ago and they've been terrible. For example, elevator is working, they come to do regular maintenance and elevator goes down immediately after. And/or it takes multiple service calls to resolve an issue. And/or they charge double time when a problem they caused or haven't fixed right the first time becomes urgent during the evening or on weekends or holidays. The guy who runs the Hoboken office refused to talk with us about our complaints a few months ago (we asked).... read more
