At Werribee Primary School, we are in our second year working alongside the Evolution Creative Arts Therapy team for the Xpress Yourself! Wellbeing Program. The program has had a powerful impact on our students, fostering confidence, emotional awareness, and social connection through creative expression. Nyrelle and her team have been a big part of our family for a long time. As a parent, you are learning as you go and sometimes we need professionals involved to help. I can highly recommend the beautiful calming space as well as the therapy offered under the umbrella of Creative Arts Therapies.
We used the Xpress Yourself Wellbeing Program at Bellbridge Primary School this year. 8 students were selected with the aim to increase engagement at school, and give them something to look forward to each week. Julia was amazing at coming in with a positive attitude, and hands on activities to help our students participate.
