We’ve been going with Dr Jammy for about two months for couples therapy and she’s done WONDERS for our relationship. She’s given us amazing communication tools, given us both a neutral and safe space to talk, and helped us stay accountable. She also has you do a few individual therapy sessions to tie your personal life to your married life and get a better understanding of things. If you’re thinking about couples counselling, definitely give her a call!
