There was a mistake in who I thought I was going to see at the clinic. In fact, I thought they were another clinic. I never agreed to see their therapy service and I was still billed without notice. I tried to tell them it was a mistake but they would not even give me a chance. When I told them I didn't want to agree to their choice of counselor and switch counselors, they never listened. I'm sure the counselors are great but I had a bad billing experience and their front office registration person was rude.And lied to me.

Fantastic experience with Evolution. It's great to have a counselor that truly sees and understands me. I've been through a few different counselors through the years, but I feel like I've now found the right fit.

Absolutely the best. The clinicians here have helped my family through so much. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and very inclusive. We are especially grateful to Jennifer and Caroline. I recommend the practice regularly.
