They were a recommendation of Allstate. I liked that they had great communication and they did make sure there was no mold after my leak. With that said they cut up with a saw my flooring that was not damaged. When I asked the lady what happened to my floor the next day she said oh we took it out in bags and we took it to a dumpster It's protocol.
