I’ve been here for almost 2 years now. They don’t care about you at all! My ground floor appartement right in front of the trash room is a huge problem, it’s always smelling bad and they did nothing about it, not to mention how many insects it brings to your place. Dishwasher is not functional for the last 3 weeks, they sent unqualified people to check on it and they never fixed it! Très bel immeuble bien entretenu. Merci à Leo notre super technicien de maintenance pour les interventions rapides et efficace. Merci à Mélanie pour la bonne gestion et ton approche humaine dans la communication avec les résidents et les réponses précises à mes questions. Ce condo est très bien situé, depuis que j'habite ici, je fais tout à pieds ou en vélo ou en transport en commun (Métro, bus STL) ou en trotinette électrique (ville de Laval), Bixi, etc.
Leo is amazing! I love it here!! He makes every day such a blast! Leo and Melanie team is a super duo!!
