I scheduled a video tour with this apartment complex and was very clear that I was out of town. I stayed by the phone and waited, only for no one to call me as was agreed upon. When I called the leasing office, their only answer was "I dunno." The unprofessional behavior is real.
Trust me when I say the only thing I like about this building is self I have just been there in 2 month but been through a lot I have never thought of writing a review publicly but only sgare my review with the apartment manager pay rent 3020 in a month but am so uncomfortable I put an entry and it almost been close to two week First when I move it the washer was not working I put my dresses in and it could suck and all got bad it time them 2 week to replace the washer then the dry very old and had a lot of dust in it . This apartment is over priced. It looks nice but it’s not very clean, the office staff is rude and they are extremely slow to fix even simple issues. My washing machine was broken for over two months and somehow all the treadmills in their gym are broke excepts one. They have been broken for months.
Update 1/2025: Since the property manager left there is someone new who is not responsive. The military/govt concession discount apparently was changed without proper notification to the tenants, which seems illegal. I’ve been inquiring with legal experts about this. I’ve also sent this email that they broadcast and have yet to hear a reply. So think twice before moving here. Also the treadmills have been broken for a min and doesn’t seem like they’ll be fixed anytime soon, leaving people to wait to use the 2 that are workin... read more
Been living here for 2 years.. None of the TV’s work in the game rooms. The computer room has 4 computers and all them have no mouses or doesn’t work.. apparently they are being stolen even though the apartment is supposed to have security. The gym has 4-5 machines that don’t work.. the amenities you pay for you can’t even use comfortably.. even during the summer to go to the pool is a hassle.. so what exactly am I paying for?
