I now understand why this community only has 3.3 stars — let me explain why. Since moving in two months ago, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The management team is unprofessional and difficult to reach, and communication from both the on-site and regional offices is inconsistent and dismissive. The manager often responds in a passive-aggressive tone, and issues are rarely resolved properly. The apartment wasn’t move-in ready, the shower was leaking from day one and is still not repaired. While I like our resident unit on the 4th floor, over looking the beautiful courtyard, I am disappointed that guest/family parking is not favorable for family visits. There are ‘visitors’ spaces for parking in the garage, yet, each vehicle has to be registered with an hourly fee for visitor parking, resulting in a max payment fee per day, or risk being towed.
I just happened to stop in with some quick questions. I was greeted by Mariah and she was so warm and kind she was brief and got straight to the point! This place is now definitely in my top 2.
