The worse tour I got. I was very specific on my requirements. I need to have a garage to park the motorcycles & move ima given date. Detached or seller garage they’d ton underrated. They don’t want to loose money neither do I. They expect me to move in 30 days before and rent the place to accommodate them not me. What a joke. Waste of an hour just getting here.
I have loved living here....no place is perfect and things are going happen, but my overall experience has been very positive. I work for another property management company, so I know firsthand that THINGS HAPPEN! Joseph has always been very polite and professional to me. Trina has been professional and responsive, assisting me with my upcoming transfer. Management does their best to address issues and concerns timely. Maintenance is almost always responds within a day.
I am currently looking for a new apartment because I need to downsize and move closer to work, but I didn't want to leave without doing a review. Evolution has it's issues like any other place but wherever you have a bunch of people living anywhere, that happens. That being said, I have never had an issue with management, Joseph has always been kind since the day I came to view the apartment. This property has been my home for the past nearly eight years, and it’s been a very good experience. The amenities, enhancements, care of the property, and staff make life here relaxing and enjoyable. The most current management on property, is swift to take action and never misses a beat. Real good living here at Evolution! 😊
