6.07.2026: AC unit broken for the second time in 90 degree weather. Unresponsive. 4.14.23 (video included): It feels like you’re trying to sleep in the middle of a club. Unfortunately The nonstop parties on the property are still occurring. They shake your windows from the music being so loud and the gatherings are uncontrolled. My air conditioner has been out for 2 months my son and I have health conditions that require me to have air in my unit I have been here for 5 years and never had a issue building management has my doctors documentation. Yet they have not fixed the problem. Since I cannot get in contact with front desk or management, because they forward all calls to maintenance services, I will have to fight for air in my apartment for my toddler and myself. Rent will not be paid until service is resumed!!!! See yall in court
I had The pleasure to meet with Keith for my tour he was amazing he had a great personality he gave me the grand tour on the entire property he gave suggestions when I struggled with how my furniture would fit he went over details with price application process the overall experience was superb. This was the best tour I had all week.
