I am currently looking for a new apartment because I need to downsize and move closer to work, but I didn't want to leave without doing a review. Evolution has it's issues like any other place but wherever you have a bunch of people living anywhere, that happens. This property has been my home for the past nearly eight years, and it’s been a very good experience. The amenities, enhancements, care of the property, and staff make life here relaxing and enjoyable. The most current management on property, is swift to take action and never misses a beat. Real good living here at Evolution! 😊
****PLEASE READ**** DO NOT BE FOOLED. Every negative review you see is TRUE. Haven’t lived here too long and I’m looking forward to moving out ALREADY. Management needs to stop being delulu about this dynamic pricing. One day the apartment is worth 1800 and then the next it’s worth 2500. Ridiculous. Also, you have to pay for the amenities if you plan on hosting friends/family. Makes you wonder what that $400 amenity fee that you’re charged for at move in is used for. The tour I had with Trina Goodman was an experience, every question I had was answered she made sure every aspect of my needs were met , very professional and detailed. The amenities and structure is quality at the end of the tour I was sold - definitely looking forward to following up to make this my space. Best tour I’ve had !
