I did not have a great experience at this property. I came to the open house before it ended and was told a profuse amount of times by Trina (Assistant Property manager) that I could not see any apartments. After I drove and came there for that purpose that I had to make an appointment - when the flyers advertised did not have that on there. She just did not want to do it because she was about to get off in about 25 mins and did not want anything to stop her. She was extremely rude and did not do anything to accommodate me. ... read more
Just moved into Evolution and me and my kids love it. Mariah was soo helpful in getting me set up and moved in the best leasing agent I’ve ever dealt with. 100% recommend.
I want to give a huge thank you to Joel, who works in maintenance for going above and beyond to make sure everything in our apartment was taken care of. We actually moved in the week before he started, and unfortunately the apartment wasn’t fully ready for us at the time. Recently moved my woman into Evolution and she had the best experience with the Staff. Trina was very helpful especially because we were on a time crunch and was trying to get things done before the New Year. She made herself available for every question, concern, and 1000 phone calls. Her communication was top tier and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Mariah and Marquis were also very helpful. Thank you all!!! My woman is a happy camper and love her new place, and the environment.
We scheduled an in-person tour, yet the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The leasing agent was dismissive and rude from the start. When we asked to see different available apartments, we were directed to Instagram instead of being shown units in person, which completely defeats the purpose of booking a tour.
