I have seen the management company change over and the leasing team come and go, however I have always enjoyed my living experience here, until now. I have had a great experience with this property so far (5 months in). Mariah truly stood out with her excellent customer service from move-in to date. For my move-in process, she was very responsive, professional, and followed up consistently, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I did not have a great experience at this property. I came to the open house before it ended and was told a profuse amount of times by Trina (Assistant Property manager) that I could not see any apartments. After I drove and came there for that purpose that I had to make an appointment - when the flyers advertised did not have that on there. She just did not want to do it because she was about to get off in about 25 mins and did not want anything to stop her. She was extremely rude and did not do anything to accommodate me. ... read more
Just moved into Evolution and me and my kids love it. Mariah was soo helpful in getting me set up and moved in the best leasing agent I’ve ever dealt with. 100% recommend.
