When our water-cooled HVAC in the condo went out, I found out quickly that not many companies work on these units. Evolution was one of the few, and after talking to the owner, Dennis, he set up an appointment for the very next morning (I had called the night before). Our tech, Brent, was excellent. He explained every step of diagnosing and fixing the problem, and really gave us an understanding of how and why he was doing what he was doing. No guesswork. Unreal. Hands down best customer service I've ever had. They were amazing. Very professional and will 100% be using again!
Jason really knows his stuff !! Arrived on time and took his time figuring out what was wrong with our spa heater and wrote a very detailed report.. Glad we found him !!!
