Very sketchy goings on here. I took my car in for an oil change and to have my rear brakes replaced. He sends back a quote for $1400, saying I need my front brakes replaced as well because the rotors are so rusty. I ended up just having my oil changed, and having my brakes done at another place in town, where they confirmed that it wasn't necessary to replace the front brakes.
