I came to see Sandra after a twin pregnancy followed by a singleton pregnancy. I had severe separation in my abdomen, but was thrilled to close it after a few months, and without surgery! She also helped me heal and strengthen my pelvic floor and gave me tools to take with me for long-term pelvic floor health and proper posture. Sandra is phenomenal at discerning the issues based on her years of experience and wealth of knowledge. She know what needs to happen in response and provides effective solutions. I started meeting with her at 25 weeks pregnant. I received manually external therapy and learned exercises and stretches, all meant to prepare my pelvis for proper positioning of the baby’s head and birth.
