I came to see Sandra during my first pregnancy due to pain I was experiencing from a previous injury. Sandra helped me to significantly reduce that pain, and also helped me to strengthen other areas in preparation for childbirth. Sandra was kind, patient, and encouraging. She was willing to be flexible with appointments around my unique schedule to ensure I was able to be seen and receive treatment when I needed it. I would highly recommend her to any moms-to-be or new mamas!
Sandra has been such an amazing therapist! She is patient, kind, accommodating, quick to respond and so, so very helpful. She is a wealth of knowledge in her field and she has been able to teach me and essentially help to retrain my body to do what it should in order to function optimally after giving birth to 4 babies. I cannot recommend Sandra highly enough! After struggling with a severe diastasis, I'm thrilled to share that only after a few months of weekly sessions, it has completely healed. I came to see Sandra after a twin pregnancy followed by a singleton pregnancy. I had severe separation in my abdomen, but was thrilled to close it after a few months, and without surgery! She also helped me heal and strengthen my pelvic floor and gave me tools to take with me for long-term pelvic floor health and proper posture. I am so thankful to her for her part in restoring health and confidence as a young mom! She is one of the best in the entire field. So professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. Highly recommend!
