Wow!! Evoke 1923 is a home run across the board. Besides being in a quint and beautiful building the service was excellent. The food: off the charts. The 4 of us each had something different- elk tenderloin was the best I’ve ever had. Bison short ribs also excellent. Also the scallops were perfectly cook. We can’t wait to come back. Evoke is a James Beard Award recipient and received a Michelin nod. We all agreed this gem should have a Michelin star not just a nod.
Dinner here was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfection! HIGHLY recommend. Excellent service and the sauces were killer!
This place was completely phenomenal. If you are a foodie, go here. Not only is it a lovely atmosphere, the piano player was such a highlight, but the service was awesome and the food was dynamite. We asked our waiter for recommendations and he did not disappoint! We got the matcha dumplings, which we never would have ordered but they were phenomenal. I was really dissapointed with my visit here. Its a bitter shame too because I was really looking forward to try the food. I'm a Chef with 11 years of experience including fine dinning. I drove 4 hours from Wyoming to eat here for my birthday, and theres a few things that I just wasn't expecting.
