I have difficulty putting in to words how much I enjoyed experience here. I sat on the Western facing enclosed patio and watched the sunset and a storm front roll in. It was beautiful surroundings and this was while some of the most decadent cuisine I've had in a long time come to the table. What a treat for the senses! From the atmosphere and incredible food to the service and all-around mountain vibes, this restaurant is such a special place. We love that the menu changes just enough each time to keep things fresh, while still keeping favorites we come back for again and again, like the Macha Dumplings. Always such a great experience! Will keep coming back for our special evenings out.
This review is long overdue. Been meaning to leave one for a while, and since we’re heading back again soon, now seemed like the perfect time. Evoke 1923 has become one of our favorite places for a special night out. My wife and I drove in from Golden to try Evoke, and it was absolutely worth the trip. The second you walk in, the place has that hidden-gem feel. The building is full of history, with all the wood and rustic mountain charm you want in Evergreen. We sat on the porch, which made it feel like we were having dinner tucked right into the mountains.
