I've been seeing Sandy for my physical wellness needs since 2019 and I have to say I might have needed to retire if not for her therapy. I'm a working contractor so my job is very physical. Lots of things I do aren't good for my muscular and connective tissue health. Sandy has great methods with all the pressure you could ever want to go deep to the source of the problem and keep me mobile. Sandy is so skilled, that after leaving San Diego, I have been greatly disappointed by every massage I’ve gotten since. We’re talking 15+ tries. No one compares, and it’s not even close! She really is incredible!
Phenomenal! If you need massage/body work done this is the place to go! Sandy & Michael are wonderful & extremely knowledgable. I recently saw Michael, initially we talked about one or two spots that I wanted to address. He takes everything into account to find the best treatment for you. He was able to connect the dots with his experience and address numerous spots that I didn't even know were contributing to my aches/pains. Sandy is amazing. I came to her because I was having a lot of tightness in my upper back. It was limiting my ability to get full extension there while doing CrossFit and other lifting. It was affecting my form and my workouts and just how I felt during the day. After one session I felt so much better, not only in general, but during my workout.
